We all truly can’t actually exercise all the time. We can always make time to exercise our bodies but we might think that it’s too hard and time consuming to think about and actually exercise and strengthen our hearts. But, it doesn’t have to be hard and you don’t have to make it difficult. You can just do something simple to make their day better and it might earn you about 25 reps! (:
I know that I was talking about writing positive things for an innovation project, but that has completely changed. I have a blog set up about believeing in yourself because I think that it is a need that we as people have and it needs to be addressed.
